The following list is a work in progress. (What isn't?). If you have a site that you would like to recommend for this list, please email me the link to it at mparrish@teleport.com. I cannot promise that every site submitted will be included. I have no interest in listing a million sites, only those which have real content. Pages heavily bogged down with elaborate graphics will not be included as to give our visitor's a break. Most of us don't have ISDN's or T-1's, so speed and content is the issue here.
The list of sites you see are rated (as with most pages on this site). They are based solely on my opinion. This doesn't mean that you will agree. That's okay! I have had enough requests to rate sites/programs/levels, that I'm giving it my best shot here.
